Enrolling your child at CSP Excellence Learning Schools is straightforward. Gather the required documents, visit or contact us, and our team will guide you through every step.

Gather Documents

Collect the required documents listed below for your child's level (Primary or Secondary).

Visit or Contact Us

Come in to the campus nearest you, or call/WhatsApp us to arrange an enrollment appointment.

Submit & Interview

Submit your documents. Children under 3 (Nursery) require a preliminary interview with administration.

Pay First Installment

Pay the first fee installment at BOA Bank (acc. 005334660004) and present proof of payment to begin class.

Nursery & Primary

Required Documents — Early & Primary

Nursery & Kindergarten

For children entering Maternelle — typically from age 3. Children under 3 must attend a preliminary interview with the administration before enrollment is confirmed.

⏰ Note: For children under 3 years old, a preliminary interview is required before enrollment.

📋 Documents Required

  • One (1) birth certificate extract (extrait d'acte de naissance)
  • Two (2) passport-size identity photos
  • An ethics interview with the school administration
  • For children under 3: a preliminary interview is required
👗 School uniform is mandatory. 2 outfits are provided including black shoes, white socks, a school bag, and necessary school supplies. Uniform is available from the administration.
Middle & High School

Required Documents — Secondary

Middle School Entry
(6ème to 3ème)

Students entering middle school from primary school. Certificate of success for 10th grade / 6th grade entry is required along with the standard document set.

📋 Documents Required

  • Two (2) legalized copies of the birth certificate
  • Certificate of success for 10th grade / 6th grade (depending on entry point)
  • Report cards from the previous academic year
  • Two (2) identity photos
  • Two (2) copies of the nationality certificate (required for 9th grade entry / 3ème)
👗 School uniform is mandatory for all secondary students. Available from the administration.

High School Entry
(2nde to Terminale)

Students entering high school (Lycée). The same document set applies as for middle school, with the addition of the nationality certificate for 12th grade (Terminale) entry.

📋 Documents Required

  • Two (2) legalized copies of the birth certificate
  • Certificate of success for the preceding grade level
  • Report cards from the previous academic year
  • Two (2) identity photos
  • Two (2) copies of the nationality certificate (required for 12th grade / Terminale entry)
📘 English books are available for purchase at the ELS administration office for 15,000 FCFA.
Dress Code

School Uniform

School uniform is mandatory for all students at all levels. Uniforms are available from the administration.

👦 Boys – School Uniform

  • T-shirt (school colors)
  • Shorts or trousers
  • Closed shoes (black)
  • Blue socks (for sport)

👧 Girls – School Uniform

  • Jumper dress (school colors)
  • T-shirt
  • Trousers (no skirts permitted)
  • Closed shoes (black)
  • Blue socks (for sport)
⚠️ Class Access: Class access is conditional upon the presentation of proof of payment. Students must have their uniform from day one.
🛒 Where to Get: School uniforms are available for purchase at the school administration. Cost: 5,000 FCFA per unit. Each child in the primary/nursery programs receives 2 outfits.
